By using OrbRoyal (“the site”, at orbroyal.online) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

  • You may play the game and watch its matches for personal and entertainment purposes.
  • Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, scrape it at scale or look for ways around its protections.
  • The game contains flashing effects, screen shake and cartoon-style hits. Do not use it if these may harm you, and use the Calm effects setting if you are sensitive.

Pictures and videos you create

  • You may add your own pictures to balls and record videos of matches. Pictures are processed on your device only.
  • Only use pictures you have the right to use. Do not use images that are unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that show a person without their permission.
  • You are responsible for the videos you create and share, and for following the rules of the platforms you post them on.
  • You may share videos you record from OrbRoyal, including for commercial channels, as long as you follow these terms. We do not claim ownership of your pictures or your videos.

Our content

The site’s design, text, code, sounds and artwork belong to OrbRoyal and are protected by law. You may not copy or resell them, except for sharing videos of the game as described above.

Flags and other symbols are shown as simple decorative drawings. OrbRoyal is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any country, brand or organisation.

Advertising and third parties

The site may show ads and may link to other websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

OrbRoyal is provided “as is”. We try to keep it working but cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or work on every device and browser, or that every recording will succeed. Features may change or be removed.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost videos or data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
