Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what information OrbRoyal (“the site”, at orbroyal.online) handles and why. OrbRoyal is a browser game and is designed to need as little personal information as possible.

What stays on your device

The game itself. Matches run entirely in your browser. Your settings, fighter names and the results of matches are not sent to us.
Pictures. If you choose a picture for a ball, it is read by your browser and used on your device only. It is not uploaded to our servers.
Videos. Recordings are created on your device and saved where you choose. We do not receive them.
Diagnostics. The “Copy diagnostics” button builds a short technical report (browser, device type, frame rate and recent errors). It stays on your device unless you decide to paste it into a message to us.

Information we receive

Contact form. If you send a message, we receive what you type: the topic, the message and, if you choose to give them, your name and email address. We use them only to read and, if appropriate, answer your message, and we do not use them for marketing.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself does not need cookies to run the game. If advertising or visit-counting services are switched on, a banner asks for your choice first. The banner stores your choice in your browser (in local storage and a small cookie named orbroyal_consent) so we do not ask again. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which appears whenever those services are on.

Advertising

The site may show advertisements, for example through Google AdSense. If you accept, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, and may use information about your visits to this and other websites. If you decline, no advertising scripts are loaded. You can also manage personalised advertising in your Google account’s ad settings.

Analytics

If switched on and accepted, the site may use an analytics service to count visits and see which pages are useful. If you decline, it is not loaded.

Fonts and other resources

Fonts, images and scripts for the pages are served from this website, so your browser does not contact a font or content provider just to display the pages. Third parties are contacted only for services described above, and only after you accept.

Children

OrbRoyal is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can use the game without sending us anything.
You can decline cookies in the banner and change your mind later.
You can ask us, through the contact form, to delete a message you sent.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as access, correction or deletion. Use the contact form to make a request.

Keeping information safe

The site is served over HTTPS. Messages from the contact form are delivered to the site owner’s email and are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
